Who We Are.

Constructed modern concrete and black stone structure outdoors surrounded by dirt and trees.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.

Every structure handles water differently. Heluze develops waterproofing and drainage solutions around the conditions of the building rather than applying the same fix to every project.

OUR SERVICES.

Construction site with concrete foundations, construction workers, and construction equipment, with mountains and cloudy sky in the background.

Foundation Waterproofing & Dampproofing

Heluze is a certified applicator of American Hydrotech waterproofing systems and GEL-TECH SYSTEMS by RE-Systems Group Americas, along with other high quality materials. We install high-performance waterproofing and dampproofing assemblies designed to protect foundation walls and other below-grade surfaces from water intrusion. Each system is selected for the structure and site conditions, providing durable moisture protection for new construction and existing buildings.

DRAINMAT

Effective waterproofing begins with controlling where water flows. Heluze develops drainage solutions that collect and redirect groundwater and surface runoff away from the foundation, helping reduce hydrostatic pressure, moisture intrusion, and long-term damage to the structure.

Construction site with pink foam insulation boards stacked against a wall and a ladder leaning on the insulation. The sky is cloudy, and the ground is covered with rocks and construction debris.

XPS protection board

XPS protection board provides a durable layer of rigid foam insulation over below-grade waterproofing systems. It helps shield the waterproofing membrane from damage during backfilling while adding continuous thermal insulation and moisture resistance. The result is a better-protected foundation assembly with improved long-term performance and energy efficiency.

Air Barrier

Heluze installs spray-applied and self-adhered air barrier systems that create a continuous protective layer across the building envelope. By carefully sealing walls, transitions, openings, joints, and penetrations, these systems limit uncontrolled air leakage and resist water intrusion. Proper air-barrier installation can improve energy efficiency, indoor comfort, moisture management, and long-term building-envelope performance.
